FREE Yoga Day

 - find the right type of yoga for you!

Saturday, 13th March 2010, 9 am - 5 pm

Celebrating Age Centre, 30 Victoria St, Hamilton

The different teachers and schools of yoga available in the Waikato region will be represented. Come and talk to the teachers and benefit from the free yoga classes. There will be kids classes, cocoon yoga (on chairs), meditation, yoga nidra and other yoga classes. Enjoy the Surya Namaskara demonstration. We have invited Ayurveda, Superbrain Yoga (Pranic Healing) and Do-In (Self Shiatsu) practitioners to display these related sciences. Delicious vegetarian food will be available over lunch for purchase.
