type of Yoga classes:
- sadhana yoga class,
a set of five classes resulting in a personal sadhana - home
practices plan. Ideally, the classes are arranged every morning
during one week to establish the pattern of daily practice.

- corporate yoga
classes, a course of yoga classes (typically 2 classes per week
for 2 or 3 weeks) on the subjects of Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation),
asanas (postures) or computer eyestrain. Click here to view

- yoga classes, ongoing classes usually paid by the term at various venues, levels:
beginners, progressive beginners and general.

- at-your-home yoga
classes, a set of yoga classes run at your home. Invite a few
friends over, move the furniture to the side, .... and enjoy.

- free (or funded) yoga classes for
charitable organisations, a set of yoga classes either run for a
school term or a short introduction period by a volunteer yoga
teacher or funded.
These classes can be either for your clients or your staff or
combined.
